Hi, I’m Britteny Brown—founder of Rooted Within.
For years, I loved God but kept finding myself in relationships that didn’t love me back. I knew Scripture, I served in church—yet my dating life felt like a cycle of confusion, compromise, and disappointment.
The turning point came when the Lord invited me to stop asking, “Why won’t men choose me?” and start asking, “Why am I choosing them?” He began to heal the roots beneath my patterns—beliefs about my worth, my body, my future, and His heart for marriage.
Rooted Within was birthed out of that healing journey. Today, I coach Christian women all over the world to create new, holy relationship patterns grounded in identity, nervous system safety, and Kingdom wisdom—so they can date with peace instead of panic.
My heart for this webinar: that you would leave more anchored in God’s love, more clear on what healthy looks like, and more gentle with the parts of you that still need His touch.

This isn’t about chasing a ring. It’s about becoming a whole, rooted man or woman—whether your story includes marriage or a different kind of fruitful life with God.

Britteny’s story
From repeating cycles to rooted, Christ-centered wholeness.
I didn’t grow up seeing consistently healthy relationships. By the time I was an adult, I was an expert at over-giving, over-explaining, and overriding the Holy Spirit’s nudges because I didn’t want to be “too much.”
On the outside, I was the strong, capable Christian woman. On the inside, I was exhausted from praying for one thing and choosing another. The gap between my theology and my lived experience in relationships felt like a wound I couldn’t explain.
Over time, through therapy, discipleship, coaching, and the gentle leadership of Holy Spirit, God began to untangle my nervous system from chaos and reintroduce me to His definition of safety. Rooted Within is the overflow of that process—a place where you don’t have to pretend you’re fine, where all of you is welcome before God, and where we honor both your story and Scripture.
My coaching style: a mix of pastoral care, practical strategy, somatic tools, and honest, sisterly feedback—all anchored in the presence of God.

Rooted Within is unapologetically Christ-centered and trauma-informed. We believe:
- Scripture is the ultimate authority, and God is deeply interested in your emotional and relational health.
- Jesus meets you with compassion in the places you feel most ashamed, not condemnation.
- Healing is both miraculous and process-oriented; God works through prayer, community, coaching, therapy, and practical wisdom.
- Your single season is not a waiting room; it is a deeply valuable, fruitful part of your story with God.
- Healthy, God-honoring love never requires you to abandon the voice of the Holy Spirit or yourself.

- If not, you’ll still leave with encouragement, clarity, and resources to support your journey.
This is not a high-pressure sales call. It’s a discernment conversation before God.

Questions about coaching & discovery calls
If you’re feeling both hopeful and nervous, you’re in good company. Here are answers to some of the most common questions Christian women have before we connect.
Is this only for Christian women?
Yes. Rooted Within is specifically designed for women who desire to follow Jesus and anchor their relational decisions in Scripture and the leading of the Holy Spirit. If you are curious about faith but not sure where you land, you’re welcome here, and we can explore together if this space is a fit for you.
Will you tell me whether a specific relationship is “God’s will”?
I won’t make prophetic declarations about who you should or shouldn’t marry. Instead, I help you grow the emotional, spiritual, and practical discernment to make wise, Spirit-led choices yourself. We’ll look at fruit, patterns, values, nervous system responses, and Scripture together.
What happens after the discovery call if we both feel it’s a good fit?
If coaching feels aligned for your season, I’ll walk you through the program options, timing, and investment. You’ll receive everything in writing, along with a link to complete your registration. You’ll never be pressured into an on-the-spot decision.
What if I’m scared to share my story?
That is so understandable, especially if your experiences include betrayal, church hurt, or emotional abuse. You decide what and how much you share. My commitment is to hold your story with care, confidentiality, and compassion while always pointing you back to the heart of Jesus.
Is this therapy?
No. Rooted Within offers faith-based coaching, not licensed therapy. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented, while honoring your story and emotional responses. Many women work with both a therapist and a coach; if I believe therapy is more appropriate, I will share that with you openly.
You don’t have to navigate this season alone.
